Welcome Dr. Bradley Sparks

The offices of Dr. Donna Buraczewski would like to welcome Dr. Bradley Sparks to the practice. Dr. Sparks is a native resident of Forest City and a graduate of the University of Scranton. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Scranton, he continued his education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia PA. While at Salus University he completed his rotation in primary care at the school’s clinic in Philadelphia. He also received exemplary clinical training from the Veterans Health Administration in Charlotte, NC, See Clearly Vision in Washington DC, and Northeastern Eye Institute in Scranton, PA.

During his studies, Dr. Sparks developed an interest in specialty contact lenses, which are used to treat certain conditions such as Keratoconus, corneal transplants and severe dry eye. Dr. Sparks successfully completed the advanced studies program in contact lenses at Salus, where he learned how to treat and manage ocular diseases and conditions that require scleral and other specialized contact lenses.

Dr. Sparks specializes in primary care optometry, glasses, soft and specialty contact lens fittings, pre and post-operative care, including LASIK and cataract surgery, diabetic and ocular disease exams as well as management of glaucoma and other ocular conditions.

Dr. Sparks is currently accepting new patients and referrals at both the Carbondale and Hamlin locations.
